Faktor Preferensi Generasi Z Surabaya Terhadap Atribut Hotel dalam Memilih Hotel Bintang 5 di Indonesia

Abstract

Industri perhotelan merupakan industri yang penting di Indonesia. Industri ini mengalami angka pertumbuhan yang signifikan dan konsisten dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satu tamu potensial bagi industri perhotelan adalah dari Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor terkait preferensi Generasi Z pada atribut hotel bintang lima. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan Generasi Z. Hasil dari distribusi kuesioner didapati 100 data penelitian dapat diolah menggunakan metode analisis faktor. Dari total 30 atribut hotel bintang lima yang menjadi preferensi Generasi Z, didapati terbentuk enam faktor melalui metode exploratory factor analysis. Nama-nama faktor tersebut adalah Kualitas pengalaman berkunjung tamu, Ketersediaan fasilitas tambahan, atmosfer, jaminan kualitas dan sertifikasi hotel, reputasi dan eksklusivitas hotel, dan koneksi internet yang memadai.
