Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah dimensi perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, dan security memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan GoPay pada generasi X Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, dan security secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan aplikasi GoPay untuk pembelian makanan dan minuman pada generasi X Surabaya. Dari empat dimensi tersebut, perceived ease of use menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi minat generasi X untuk menggunakan aplikasi GoPay untuk bertransaksi makanan dan minuman
