ANALISA HUBUNGAN LATAR BELAKANG KARYAWAN DAN PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN INTERNAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KARYAWAN DI HOTEL X SURABAYA

Abstract


This study aims to examine the extent to which the relationship between employee background and the influence of the internal service quality (ISQ) on employee satisfaction in a four star hotel in Surabaya. The results show that there is no significant correlation between employee background (age%2C education qualification%2C and length of employment) and employee satisfaction. On the other hand%2C there is significant influence between internal service quality and employee satisfaction. Team work%2C employee job fit and technology job fit are the most important measurements of ISQ%2C which influence the employee satisfaction.
Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia :

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara latar belakang karyawan dan pengaruh kualitas layanan internal terhadap kepuasan karyawan di sebuah hotel bintang 4%2C Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan dan perbedaan yang signifikan antara latar belakang karyawan (umur dan lamanya bekerja)%2C kecuali tingkat pendidikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Sebaliknya%2C ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan internal dengan kepuasaan karyawan. Kerjasama%2C kesesuaian terhadap pekerjaaan dan kesesuaian terhadap teknologi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasaan karyawan secara signifikan. hotel%2C internal service quality%2C employee satisfaction%2C employee background.
